Refund Policy

At Vista Shine Detailing, we take pride in providing high-quality results and a luxury customer experience.

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final once service has been completed.

Deposits All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your appointment time and cover scheduling, preparation, and reserved labor time.

Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation/no-show fee.

Rescheduling Customers may reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment with no penalty.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.
Service Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will gladly review the issue and, if necessary, offer a touch-up or correction at our discretion.

No Refunds After Completion Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided, since detailing services involve time, labor, and materials that cannot be returned.

Weather & Mobile Detailing Conditions Because we are a mobile service, severe weather may require rescheduling.

If we must reschedule due to unsafe working conditions, your deposit will be transferred to the next available date.
