Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vista Shine Detailing. By booking a service, using our website, or contacting us for any detailing work, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Pricing Vista Shine Detailing provides mobile detailing services including interior, exterior, restoration, and protection packages. Prices listed on our website reflect base service packages. Final results may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and customer requests. Any major concerns or upgrades will be discussed before work begins.

2. Deposits & Payments Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods through our booking system and other accepted forms of payment in person.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand things happen. To respect our time and schedule: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit

4. Arrival Time & Access Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the appointment location. If we cannot access the vehicle or begin service due to blocked access, keys not available, or location issues, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

5. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings Customers should remove valuable items and personal belongings before the service. Vista Shine Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items left inside the vehicle.
6. Satisfaction & Quality Our goal is premium quality results every time. If you have concerns about the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches dents faded paint worn upholstery cracked leather fragile trim pieces

7. Photos & Marketing We may take before/after photos or videos for quality documentation and marketing purposes. These photos will never include personal information. If you prefer your vehicle not be used for marketing, please let us know before the service begins.

8. Weather Policy Because we are a mobile service, weather may affect scheduling. In the event of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may contact you to reschedule.
